Bar, restaurant, and major illegal sports/race book operated by Harry Pelsinger. It had a sports ticker-tape wire and three telephone lines to accommodate the large volume of bets. It was reported that bookies in other parts of California used the Film Row book to "layoff" bets. Raided and closed in 1950 (see "Archive"). Also called the "Film Row Social Club".
