Originally owned and licensed by Jerry Straveris. Around 1974, it was bought by Malcolm Raymond Pearce, who had his license suspended in 1975. The club's last owner, Charles Lueras, lost his card room license in 1987 after he was served a search warrant and police discovered illegal "banking or percentage games" being conducted in the card room (see "Archive"). Also called the "Lucky Lady Club" and the "Lucky Lady Saloon".
The attribution of the L-mold "LLS" hot stamp chips is traced to Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998).
