Nightclub owned by Warren Foletta, which opened in 1959. He was granted a card room license in 1965. Warren was arrested in 1968 for illegal gambling at the club, and soon after sold the club to Gilbert Avila. It closed in 1969 after being severely damaged in a fire suspected to be have been caused by arson.
T. R. King sold 5000 of these small crown chips in six colors/denominations to Crow's Nest, Warren Foleta, Visalia, California, between 1965 and 1970.
