Originally called "Freddie & Charlie's Roaring Twenties". In 1968 it changed its name to "Tom's Roaring Twenties", and was majority owned by Paul Viggo Paulsen (see "Archive"). It was located within the Roseland Shopping Center, and later became "Reilly's Casino" (see "Became").

C. W. Rice company records indicated that they shipped these HHL-mold hot stamp chips to the "Roaring 20's" in 1968, 1969, and 1971.
