"Pete's 881 Club" moved to 721 Lincoln Avenue in 1989. Its card room was located in the club, but in 1997 the card room was separated from the club and moved one block away to a building on Dubois Street. It was renamed "Club San Rafael".

The 721 Lincoln location was later expanded and in 2000, and the card room moved back into the 881 Club.
