T. R. King sold 500 of these large crown chip in three colors to E. D. Patton, 521 Washington, Sonora, California, on 7/18/1951.

E. D. Patton owned the "Timber Club" in Sonora from the late 1940s until 1958. He was also co-owner of the ”Mountain Club” and ”Horseshoe Club” in Sonora, which were both raided for gambling in 1946 (see "Archive").
