An illegal gambling club owned by bootlegger John LoCurto. It was located on a nine acre facility and the gambling took place in a building behind the restaurant. It had a bar, slot machines, craps, roulette, and other card games. It was first called "LoCurto's Gardens". It later became the "Italian Gardens". From San Jose Gambling (2020) Ted Ramos.
Mason & Co. sold 1900 of these hub mold chips in four denominations to John Locurto, Almaden Road, San Jose, California on 8/29/1933.
