Opened in 1947 as a cigar shop, and owned by Ray Westerman and bought by Mike DeVito in 1949. Also called the "Dixie Card Club".

T. R. King sold 4620 of these large crown chips in eight denominations and colors to the Dixie Club, 37 Post Street, San Jose, in 1948.
