T. R. King sold at least 5000 of these small crown chips in five denominations to the Black & Gold Social Club, Gene Cutalaty, George Yamato, 245 Hyde Street, San Francisco, CA, in 1964 and 1965.

Ownership of the chips was later transferred to the "Royal Flush Card Room", 1220 Taylor Street, Alviso, when the "Black & Gold" closed around 1965.
