Bar, pool hall, country western night club, and licensed card room owned by Jay Tucker. Open 24 hours. The "Nashville West Card Room #3", also owned by Tucker was previously at this address (see "Was").

Tucker, was dubbed the "King of Sacramento County Card Rooms" by The Gambling Scene magazine. He also owned the Embers Casino, and the Nashville West Card Room #2 which became the River City Casino, all in neighboring Sacramento.

TTSS Enterprises Inc. was the name of Jay Tucker's incorporated business that owned his card rooms. These ”T.T.S.S. Ent.” chips that may have also been used here.
