Operated by Ken Lane in the 1960s, who also operated the "Pump Room" in Pismo Beach. In 1967, he was granted a license to operate two card tables. Also called "Pal Joey's Cocktail Lounge". Formerly the location of the "Tap Room", which was also a licensed card room.

T. R. King sold 1000 of these small crown chips in five denominations to the Pal Joey Club, 450 South Oliver Road, Pismo Beach, CA on 11/7/1967.
