Open: 1940s, Close: 1961

Owned by Brad and Helen Philips, and located near the intersection of Cypress Street and Pomeroy Avenue.

Reportedly it was California's last licensed skillo/bingo parlor. The club was closed in 1961, when the District Attorney determined that the "skillo" game being offered at the club, should be classed as bingo, a gambling game illegal under California law (see "Archive").
