Bar, lodge, and licensed two-table card room. The card room was owned in the early and mid-1980s by Dick Schwabenland, and bought in 1989 by Joe Rubino.

From 1971 to 1977, "The Woodshed", a night club, which had a card room called "Pucci's Poker Palace" within it, was at this address. In 1977 it returned to the "Optimo" name.
