A licensed card room originally owned by Henry W. Pyne and Frank D. Fox, and beginning in 1963, just by Fox. Despite the spelling on the chips, the name of the club was indeed "Pastime Club" (see Archive).

T. R. King sold 1,500 of these small crown chips in five denominations to Frank's Barber Shop (c/o Frank Fox), 157 Thompson Street, Nipomo, California between 1962 and 1963.
