According to The Gaming Table (2017), the Portland Card Co. records indicate that these SqinCr-mold chips were shipped in three denominations to Reed Cox, 305 Knapp Street, Yreka, California in 1965. The address was a single family home.

In the 1960s, Reed Cox operated a card room in the "Flamingo Club", at 841 Florence, Avenue, in Dunsmuir, CA. His one-table card room license was suspended in 1970 after police found that he was actually operating a three-table card room (see "Archive").
