T. R. King sold 2500 of these large crown chips in five colors/denominations to Jack Delbarber, Nevada Club, 923 H. Street, Modesto, California between 1956 and 1959.

The hot stamp die was originally used for a different "Nevada Club" in 1940. Ownership of the die was later transferred to the Modesto "Nevada Club". (See order cards).
