Licensed card room originally owned by Harold M. Billigmeier, and adjacent to his eponymous tavern at 31 N. Sacramento Street. Managed or owned by Roy Grose in 1967, with ownership or management transferred to Gus Melhauf the following year.

T. R. King sold 1,600 of these "RLG" small crown chips in five denominations to Roy Gross [sic], between 1964 and 1967, originally at the "Friendly Tavern" and later at the "Harold's Club", both in Lodi, and owned by Grose.
