Became: Nite Kap Card Room
333 'E' Street
Lemoore, California
Type: Card Room
Status: Closed
Open: 1965, Close: 1968

Owned by George Gomez. In February 1968 the Lemoore City Council allowed Gomez to transfer his card room license from 333 E Street to the "Nite Kap Bar" on 330 D Street (see "Archive"). The Cafe was open from 1960 to 1970. The 1965 - 1968 dates are traced to Eastman (1998), and may represent the time during which gaming was active.

T. R. King sold 1650 of these small crown chips in five denominations to Ginny's Cafe, 333. E Street, Lemoore, CA between 3/19/1968 and 1/14/1969. The dates seem to indicate that these chips were more likely used at the "Nite Kap Bar".
