T. R. King sold 500 of these large crown chips to David Sirotta on 8/24/1938. The chips were likely picked up from their downtown Los Angeles headquarters.

Dave Sirotta was arrested in 1939 for operating an illegal pool hall, under the guise of an athletic club, at 7775 Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles, California (see "Archive"). These chips were possibly used at that establishment.
