Managed by Richard B. Elgin. A visiting reporter in 1934 described the large and richly furnished downtown casino as having four roulette tables, two dice layouts, and three blackjack tables. Raided in December 1933, and again in January 1934, with multiple gambling arrests made (see "Archive").

Mason & Co sold 1500 of these hot stamp chips in two colors to R. B. Elgin, 936 South Broadway, Los Angeles, California, on 7/19 and 11/17/1933.
