Bar and licensed card room. Original ownership unknown. Owned by Gabriel M. Uribe in the 1990s, who applied to renew the bar's card room license in 1996 (see "Archive").

The attribution of the H&C-mold chips is traced to Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998). He identifies the "Den" chips as being an earlier series than "The Den" chips.
