Owned by Abe Relvas from 1941 until 1979, when it was sold to William J. Spears, who also acquired the card room license. Managed by Jack L. Sessions [JS] in the 1970s, and co-owned by him in the 1980s. Also called the "Sutter Club Card Room".

The card room is long closed, but the Sutter Club bar is still open at this address.
