Licensed card room whose profits supported the Oakdale Boxing Club located in the National Guard Armory building in neighboring Oakdale (see "Archive"). The Oakdale Boxing Club offered free boxing training for local youth. Note that between 1982 and 1994 that the address of the card room was also the address of the "Empire Sportsmen Club".

The attribution of these TH&C chips, the address, and years of operation, are traced to Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998).
