Originally owned by Kevin Fischer and Robert (Bob) Kellogg, and later just Kellogg. First managed by Norm Smith, and later Hap Ryan. Located in the Ice House Mall, and named after the historic Union Ice Co. plant previously at the location. It became "The Chico Player's Club", also a licensed card room.
